hello,
i am andrew hoge. IT’S NICE TO MEET YOU.

I am a seasoned creative leader with more than 12 years of experience working in luxury hotels, dynamic marketing and sales teams, trend-setting fashion houses and award-winning publications.

Currently, I am the Director of Celebrations at the legendary Fairmont Olympic Hotel where I have helped position the property as a highly sought after wedding and social event destination. Under my tenure, the hotel received the award for “Best Venue for a Gala Wedding” from Seattle Bride magazine for three consecutive years.

I served as the Style and Society Writer at Seattle magazine for three years where I had the opportunity to produce, write and creative direct monthly shopping and style content about innovative designers, boutiques and people in print and online.

My professional career began with Luly Yang, the famed Seattle-based fashion couture house and corporate apparel manufacturer as Communications and Digital Manager. During my six years there, I oversaw the development of Luly Yang’s social media platform, web content strategy and press relationships to ensure the company’s strategic branding and community image. I also helped produce the brand’s fashion shows in Seattle, San Francisco and Vienna, Austria.

In additional to my robust experience working with creative, sales and marketing teams, I have been invited to deliver keynote speeches at Style Summit and N.A.C.E. conferences and moderated several panels in the style, beauty and lifestyle industries. My first keynote focused on service strategies with the customer experience team at Gene Juarez Salons & Spas.

I passionately believe in giving back and supporting local organizations. Since 2015, I have served as a board member, and one year as president, of the Young Patrons Circle at the Pacific Northwest Ballet. In 2020, I became a founding member of the Ballet Tucson Bravo League.

While in college I accepted a dream Public Relations internship with world-renowned fashion designer Oscar de la Renta, in New York City.

My work and expertise has been featured on King 5’s New Day Northwest, The Seattle Times, 425 magazine, Seattle Bride magazine, Q13 and Seattle magazine, where I was featured as a style leader, a nomination that upheld proudly three years later as Seattle magazine’s Style Writer.

On a personal note, I live in Seattle’s Capitol Hill neighborhood where I enjoy trying new restaurants, visiting museums and connecting with friends over one of the many amazing bars there. While growing up in eastern Washington I developed a love for picturesque scenery and–later in life– an appreciation for rich, juicy, full-bodied red wines. I recently discovered the joys of bike riding and have been exploring the Pacific Northwest’s beautiful trails. My true nature comes out while throwing dinner parties where I routinely enjoy bringing people with different perspectives together.

MY PASSION IS HELPING OTHERS TELL THEIR STORIES.
